Where are you located? We are situated in Brisbane, QLD - but can be available for any event in South East Queensland.
What region are your DVDs? Our DVDs are encoded on Australian (PAL) DVD-Rs.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are based on a per DVD criteria, at $4.00AUD per DVD for Regular postage or $6.00AUD per DVD for Express postage.
How long does shipping take? Shipping time depends on your postal address and if it is by regular mail or express post. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing confirmation.
Do you ship productions overseas? Yes we can ship products overseas. Shipping is $5.00AUD per item. Items will be sent from Australia using standard Australia Post international shipping.
How can I pay for DVDs online? We accept COD, Money Order, Bank Transfer or PayPal payments.
Do your DVDs prices include GST? The prices of our DVDs already include GST.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit? Unfortunately, TWO does not take responsibility for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. We take great care in the securing and packaging of orders that are processed.
